The candidate will prepare and electronically file documents relating to U.S. Provisional, Non-Provisional, Continuation, Continuation-In-Part, Divisional, Design and International Patent Applications in the U.S. Patent Office. Prepare and electronically file documents relating to USPTO Office Actions and formalities. Prepare and electronically file Information Disclosure Statements. Preparation and review of client communication. Review and management of attorney docket. File maintenance. Review filing documents of other Legal Assistants. Provide assistance and coverage to other Legal Assistants. Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Products. Should have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Reissue Application procedure is a plus.
