Duties

• Lead and manage False Claims Act investigations and litigation.
• Advise clients on compliance with health care fraud and abuse laws.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with the Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a U.S. Attorney's Office preferred.
• Strong academic background.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
