Location:

Duties:

• Conduct client needs assessments to understand and strategize on each case.
• Develop case strategies aligned with client goals and budget.
• Prepare and attend court hearings and trials.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and support staff to manage cases efficiently.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and court professionals on behalf of clients.
• Provide regular updates and maintain organized files for seamless access by team members.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation for hearings and proceedings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in family law, including courtroom experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to exceed billable hour requirements.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle financial discussions with clients.
• Strong leadership qualities and a client-first mindset.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and document drafting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
