Duties

• Review and analyze cases effectively

• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials in state and federal court

• Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the FL State Bar
• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Proactive and a self-starter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent team player and personable
• Strong academic credentials

Education

• JD from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the FL State Bar

Skills

• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, NetDocs, AIM, I-Conect, Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, and PACER preferred
