Senior Business Analyst
The candidate will partner with each area of Financial Operations to create step-by-step procedures for each task performed by staff. Draw connections between areas keeping an eye on changes needed to move to an end-to-end billing process. Will document system changes that gain process efficiencies that will be prioritized with overall IT and department work. Ensure manual steps are in place until system changes can be made. Create effective training decks to implement process changes. Analyze current reports and make changes to accurately depict monthly data. Streamline current reports for a better end-user experience. Create new control reports for workflow management. Decommission old reports not utilized or replaced with new reports. Create requirement documents. Lead project meetings and drive out inter-department connections. Create or update user guides, procedures and training material. Develop communication for project rollout. Act as liaison to FINSYS and IT. Submit tickets and work issues to resolution. Create IT documents: requirements, testing, and rollout. Prepare the UAT test script. Prep the UAT environment. Conduct testing. Add and track defects. Create check-out plans.
