Duties

• Advise clients on eDiscovery and Information Governance issues.
• Draft legal memorandums, protective orders, and ESI agreements.
• Prepare talking points for client meetings and motion hearings.
• Collaborate with experts for task management and testimony preparation.
• Identify and support firm initiatives in thought leadership.
• Lead client engagements with minimal oversight.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least five years of law firm experience.
• Admission to bar in California, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, or Washington D.C.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally.

Education

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one specified jurisdiction.

Skills

• Excellent judgment and client management skills.
