The candidate should preferably have ABA approved Paralegal Certificate with BA. Must have 2 years of professional CA family law paralegal work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Familiarity with CA Rules of Court, and CA Code of Procedure is required. Must be able to prepare financial disclosures, discovery and draft declarations. Effective time management and calendaring skills are required.
