Duties

• Participate in civil litigation cases from inception through resolution

Requirements

• Strong interest in civil litigation

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Effective time-management and organizational skills

• Prior law firm experience preferred but not required

• Must be a current member in good standing of the California State Bar or awaiting bar exam results

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• California Bar Admission (active or pending results)
