Airport Law Associate Attorney
The candidate should have law degree from an accredited law school, coupled with a strong record of academic excellence and leadership. Should have 4-8 years of relevant experience as an attorney, ideally including experience representing airports or other experience with the federal regulatory framework within which airports operate. Experience with federal transportation regulations and/or federal transportation agencies (e.g., USDOT, FAA, FRA, FTA, FHWA, STB and Build America Bureau) is a plus. Experience with airport operations, airport law, and/or other aspects of aviation is needed. Demonstrated interest (professional or personal) in infrastructure, aviation, transportation, public policy, and/or related matters is preferred. Admission to practice within the United States is required.
