Duties

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on legal transactions
• Perform legal research and prepare briefs
• Argue motions and represent clients in mediation and arbitration
• Manage a variety of day-to-day litigation matters
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation law
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials and references
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed Attorney in Minnesota
