Job Details:

• Work on and advise clients regarding merger and acquisition transactions, debt and other financing transactions, and portfolio investments.
• Design and implement tax-efficient structures for joint ventures and a diverse range of corporate transactions.
• Provide clients with strategic state tax planning advice.

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school, with an LLM in tax-preferred.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in New York.
• 4 years of transactional tax experience, focusing on corporate transactional and partnership taxation in a law firm environment.
• Background in energy, real estate, and international taxation preferred.
