Requirements

• One year of experience in workers' compensation defense preferred.
• Experience with Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Current State Bar License/Member in good standing in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
