A law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Transactional Real Estate Associate to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactional matters, with expertise in real estate debt or equity matters.

Duties

• Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
• Provide legal advice and support on real estate financing, including debt and equity structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for real estate transactions.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactional matters.
• Expertise in real estate debt or equity matters.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Georgia.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia.

Skills

• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide strategic legal guidance.
• Excellent client collaboration skills.
• Proficient in managing closing processes for real estate transactions.
