The candidate should have 2 years of experience in drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications in chemical and material sciences, particularly in polymers or small molecules is preferred. A Ph.D. (preferred) or Masters in organic chemistry is required. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and attorney candidates admitted to a state bar are preferred.
