Receptionist/Entry Level Paralegal

The candidate will entail all aspects of the personal injury process but will predominately be receptionist duties with the opportunity advance into a case manager role. This position is the primary initial point of contact for clients and will likely entail new client calls as well as assisting the other case managers. This position requires a paralegal who is not only able to multi-task and prioritize the necessary paperwork, phone calls, etc. but also a person who is able to take charge and resolve issues on cases in a way that is cordial but effective. 1 year experience in the personal injury field is required along with knowledge of basic coverages such as PIP, health insurance, L&I, and Medicare. Prior insurance industry experience is a plus. Basic requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proof reading, as well as strong computer skills which include proficiencies in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a good attitude.
