An established plaintiff-side employment and civil rights practice — built over 38 years with strong name recognition throughout New Jersey — is looking for a senior associate ready to step into a leadership role. The founding attorney is transitioning to strategic oversight and case development. You will handle NJ court appearances, depositions, and client conferences while working alongside that attorney on litigation strategy. The 5-to-7-year path leads to taking over a lucrative, functioning book of business, not building one from scratch.

WHAT WE OFFER

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 years plaintiff-side employment litigation

• Deposition experience required

• Active NJ bar admission
