Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation across health care, labor, commercial, and real estate sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and other legal research tools.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including making oral arguments and examining witnesses.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients.
• Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of legal tasks.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients and address their concerns throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in litigation with a focus on health care, labor, commercial, and real estate law.
• Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
• Proven track record of effective litigation and trial practice.
• Excellent academic credentials and a solid professional background.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
