• Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
• Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in WI.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in WI.
