Location

Duties

• Manage and review new client intakes

• Oversee client communication and updates throughout the pre-litigation process

• Monitor medical treatment progress and maintain regular client contact

• Negotiate and handle pre-litigation settlements

• Evaluate and refer non-qualifying cases to appropriate external law firms

• Maintain and update the pre-litigation case pipeline

• Assist with litigation tasks if applicable

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal injury law

• Strong case management and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to client service and communication

• Willingness to take ownership of the full pre-litigation process

• Availability beyond standard office hours, if required

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois
