Location:

Duties:

• Manage civil litigation cases, including insurance defense matters.

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare legal documents.

• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Advise clients on legal issues and case strategy.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on various litigation tasks.

Requirements:

• Membership in the Maryland Bar.

• Admission to the D.C. Bar or the ability to waive in.

• 2-5 years of litigation experience or judicial clerk experience.

• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Maryland Bar membership required.

• D.C. Bar membership or the ability to waive in is preferred.
