Associate Litigation Attorney
The candidate will primarily entail handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases along with managing a staff member(s) working with the lawyer on the cases. Will be supported by skilled legal assistant(s) who will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to cases. Must have 1-3 years’ experience in personal injury and/or nursing home lawyers. Must be highly motivated and Illinois Bar licensed associate personal injury lawyer to handle a large and growing docket of cases. Familiarity with discovery and litigation and excellent research and writing skills required. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Excellent communication (verbal and written), computer, analytical, and initiative are all essential skills.
