Duties

• Advise on tax matters in complex corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with other practice areas such as M&A and Capital Markets.
• Develop innovative tax planning solutions.
• Provide ongoing advice and follow-up post-closing.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a tax practice at a law firm.
• Experience with high-profile transactions preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
