A law firm seeks an experienced Labor and Employment Law Attorney to join their team as an Attorney Coach and Trainer in Chicago, IL. This non-billable role involves creating and delivering training programs through various methods, including online platforms and in-person sessions. The candidate will provide one-on-one coaching and collaborate with the Learning and Professional Development Team to address training needs.

Duties

• Create and deliver training programs using online and in-person methods.
• Conduct coaching sessions and develop templates for attorneys.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and hold regular office hours.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Professional Development Team to identify training needs.
• Travel for in-person training sessions and conferences.
• Assist with firmwide rollouts of legal software.
• Develop solutions for identified training needs.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create and deliver training programs.
• Experience in coaching legal practice skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and online training platforms.

Education

• J.D. required.
• Licensed to practice law in the US; Illinois preferred.

Certifications

• License to practice law.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Experience with Class Action cases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and AI tools.
