Duties

• Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation.
• Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings or trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in personal injury.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
