Duties

  • Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Monitor and analyze developments in AI law and provide client-ready guidance.
  • Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions, including due diligence and agreement negotiation.
  • Develop expertise on AI issues in corporate transactions and assist deal teams.
  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda for litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Support fact development, discovery, and case strategy in litigation and regulatory investigations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with AI, litigation, and corporate teams.

Requirements

  • J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
  • Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
  • Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.
