This position involves managing complex business immigration cases, advising a diverse client base, and providing strategic legal counsel to companies and professionals navigating the U.S. immigration system. The attorney will handle high-volume, sophisticated cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Duties

• Manage and oversee a full caseload of business immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and employment-based green card cases.
• Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies, compliance, and workforce mobility issues.
• Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with USCIS, DOL, and other agencies.
• Conduct case assessments and provide guidance on complex immigration challenges.
• Liaise with government agencies, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
• Stay current on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Review and supervise the work of junior attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in business immigration law.
• Proven track record in handling employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume casework efficiently.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to maintain client relationships and provide strategic counsel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state and in good standing.
