Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex appellate matters.
• Draft persuasive appellate briefs, memos, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and present oral arguments before appellate courts.
• Represent clients in appellate court proceedings, including hearings and oral arguments.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on appellate issues and case strategy.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm on appellate matters.
• Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.
• Handle multiple files and competing deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in Illinois.
• 5-15 years of experience in appellate advocacy.
• Strong writing skills.
• Business and entrepreneurial sense.
• Proactive nature.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.

Certifications:
