New associates are quickly familiarized with client work and included in face-to-face meetings with clients and inventors. Should have advanced technical and scientific backgrounds. Before joining the firm, many served as in-house counsel or U.S. Patent Office examiners. Should have ability to merge technical, legal, and business expertise to provide well-rounded counsel to clients. Should have scientific undergraduate background.
