Duties

• Assist with public finance transactions, including bond issuances and municipal financings.
• Draft and review transaction documents such as offering documents and bond resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence on federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Support closings and coordinate with underwriters and other transaction participants.
• Prepare closing and post-closing documents and maintain transaction files.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
