Human Capital Services - Global Mobility Services Tax Manager
The candidate will be responsible for: Address, research, and consult on complex technical issues specific to employee payroll, compensation/executive compensation, benefits, global mobility taxes, etc. and consult and prepare related written communications. Provide timely and creative response to complex technical inquiries from operating offices. Facilitate and conduct firm-wide training and communications relating to global mobility matters. Provide thought leadership in the business and tax community. Work closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development and client service. Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve goals for performance and professional development. Other duties as assigned. Must have Bachelor’s degree in a related subject area. Active CPA or JD are preferred or other acceptable credential. Should have 5+ years of experience in global mobility tax matters, employee payroll, benefits and/or compensation, preferably with a large accounting firm or major consulting firm. Must have ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment. Should have computer expertise including knowledge of applicable tax software and technology. Advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred.
