Duties

• Manage and respond to inbound emails from attorneys, DSC, and escalated cases.
• Resolve account and suit inquiries through communication with attorneys, employers, and consumers.
• Maintain a turnaround time of one business day for inbox management.
• Handle a high volume of 80-100 emails daily.

Requirements

• Team player with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Licensed to practice law in any state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any state.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume caseload.
