Duties

• Draft, review, and sign pleadings and correspondence.
• Prepare and oppose motions.
• Respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and appear in court for law and motion.

Requirements

• Strong research and writing skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Admission in Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, and/or Massachusetts is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in California (required).
