San Antonio office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an oil and gas associate attorney with 2-5 years of direct experience either as an associate attorney or in-house with an exploration and production company. The candidate will assist in the preparation of Oil and Gas Title Opinions. Will deliver legal advice in the form of title opinions and legal memoranda on oil and gas title, operational, and regulatory law issues that arise in the course of conducting exploration and production activities. Must be admitted to practice law in at least one of the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Mexico, Wyoming, or Ohio.
