Duties

• Manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales.

• Collaborate with paralegals and team members in various locations.
• Handle significant responsibilities for multiple supervising attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with lender-side real estate financing preferred.
• Prior law firm experience required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington.
