Requirements
- One to five years of structured finance experience.
- Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant state.
Skills
- Interest in finance or accounting is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in previous roles.
