UCSP Ltd are looking to recruit an individual to an Enhanced Unit Lead role based on the main University of Plymouth campus, situated in Drakes Kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join the company and take on the running of one of the busiest and most successful units on campus. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit as well as line management responsibility of the catering assistants and chef’s within it. With experience of working in a catering or retail environment, you will drive sales in line with the business plan and lead the unit in a calm and positive way whilst providing exceptional customer service. We offer increased annual leave and sickness benefits with length of service and employer pension contributions of 5% This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis. You would be employed by University Commercial Services Plymouth Ltd and would therefore be subject to their terms and conditions of employment.
