Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on equity derivatives and equity-linked financings.
• Engage in financing, hedging, and monetization transactions.
• Participate in capital raising and structured acquisition transactions.
• Conduct deep legal analysis and structuring of complex deals.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in relevant transactional practices.
• Background in capital markets, ISDA-based derivatives, secured transactions, or bankruptcy/restructuring preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
