Duties

• Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal oversight.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Contribute to team development and mentor junior associates.
• Engage in law and motion practice.
• Participate in trial preparation and proceedings.

Requirements

• Over three years of litigation experience.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters.
• Sound judgment in case management.
• Experience in mentoring and team development preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
