Duties

• Manage workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations.
• Prepare and file petitions, motions, and supporting legal documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Coordinate with medical providers and experts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Illinois.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a docket while working collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with depositions and contested hearings.
• Familiarity with personal injury claims related to workplace accidents.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
