Duties

• Lead complex commercial transactions focusing on blockchain/crypto matters.
• Draft and negotiate technology-related agreements.
• Advise clients on commercial, IP, and risk issues in crypto and tech deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain/crypto matters.
• Experience with regulatory crypto issues is helpful.
• Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
