Duties

• Develop and manage a portfolio of business transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas.
• Provide legal counsel in commercial real estate, trusts and estates, corporate law, and M&A.
• Advise on labor and employment counseling, tax, and cybersecurity matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• Proven ability to develop and retain clients.
• Portable book of business of $200,000 or more annually.
• Collaborative, growth-minded approach to practice development.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
