Responsibilities: Supervise office staff and manage case assignments by conducting regular case reviews. Ensure staff comply with policies and grantor requirements, while maintaining the highest professional standards. Foster staff development through one on one supervision and accompaniment to court and administrative hearings. Coordinate access to justice initiatives, legislative advocacy projects, and affirmative litigation efforts in County; Conduct education presentations for the community and community partners; Coordinate with and report to the Director of Litigation regarding office management, case assignments, program compliance, and legislative advocacy efforts.
