Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in construction litigation insurance defense.
• Licensed to practice in New York courts; additional state admissions preferred.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
