Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on developments in securities laws and regulations to ensure accurate and informed counsel.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on securities-related cases.
• Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or have successfully passed the bar exam and be eligible for admission.
• Skills: Exceptional legal writing, analytical thinking, and oral advocacy skills.
• Work Ethic: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
