Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from initial demand through final resolution

• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and respond to discovery

• Conduct and defend depositions, including those of experts and witnesses

• Handle mediations and participate in court hearings

• Liaise with clients, expert witnesses, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

• Oversee case strategy and maintain responsibility for litigation timelines

• Ensure meticulous documentation and compliance throughout the discovery phases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on personal injury law

• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing

• Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and research

• Capable of independently handling complex caseloads

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Trial experience is considered a strong asset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership (required)
