Duties

• Draft discovery and substantive motions for Federal and State courts.
• Engage in complex commercial litigation cases.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategies.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience in Federal and State court procedures.
• Florida Bar membership required.
• Prior large case and/or firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
