A prominent law firm with a strong presence in Pittsburgh, PA, is actively seeking a full-time Cyber Litigation Attorney. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume legal environment and is motivated by complex litigation related to cyber issues. The position provides a fully remote work arrangement, ongoing mentorship, immediate client interaction, and opportunities for direct case involvement from day one.

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters involving cyber law, data breaches, and related digital disputes

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations

• Attend virtual court hearings, depositions, and client meetings

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary legal team to develop case strategies

• Maintain case files and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California (in good standing)

• 2-8 years of hands-on experience in litigation

• Proven ability to manage case responsibilities independently

• Familiarity with issues surrounding cybersecurity, data privacy, and information governance

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (required)

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and analytical thinking skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
