Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Palm City, FL is seeking a Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney with substantial probate and estate law experience and a proven track record of success in litigation. The candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of clients' cases, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, design effective case strategies, draft and review documents and pleadings, and attend court hearings and trials as needed.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of clients' cases.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Design effective and winning case strategies.
• Draft and/or review documents and pleadings.
• Attend court hearings and trials as needed.

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• Substantial experience in Probate and Trust Administration, including contested matters.
• LLM in taxation or estate planning and/or Board Certification preferred.
• AV rating is a plus.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience managing a full caseload.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• LLM in taxation or estate planning preferred.

Certifications:

• Member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• Board Certification in estate planning or related field preferred.

Skills:

• Proven litigation track record of success.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience managing a full caseload.
