Job Overview

A law firm seeks a senior-level associate or counsel with expertise in structured finance and securitization for its New York office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience, particularly in lender-side private trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance, and trade receivables monetization.

Duties

• Represent banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions.
• Handle trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets.
• Engage in cross-border financing and off-balance sheet structuring.
• Manage intercreditor arrangements and trade credit insurance.

Requirements

• Over five years of structured finance and securitization experience.
• Experience with lender-side private trade receivables securitization preferred.
• U.S. lawyer practicing from the U.S.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.

Skills

• Strong understanding of structured finance and securitization.
• Ability to manage complex financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
