Duties:

• Draft pleadings and other legal documents.

• Manage and respond to discovery requests.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

• Handle motion practice, including drafting motions and responses.

• Provide high-quality client service by meeting deadlines and maintaining strong communication.

• Work closely with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience.

• Solid understanding of civil and business litigation procedures.

• Employment litigation experience is preferred but not required.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
